Our policy lasts for 30 days from purchase. Unfortunately, after this time we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Your item must be returned to us unused, in the same condition that you received it and include all original packaging.
To return your item(s), complete the form enclosed with your order and include it with your items being returned.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected and if approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
There are certain situations where refunds may not be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing packaging for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If 14 days have passed since your return was received and you haven’t received a refund, firstly check your bank account again as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and return your item(s) to us.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
